Good choice
I’m very happy with these silicone molds. The silicone is thick, flexible, and feels durable—not flimsy or cheap. They hold their shape well when filled, yet are flexible enough to release items easily without tearing or sticking. I’ve used them multiple times now, and everything comes out clean with great detail. They perform exactly as advertised and are very easy to work with. Cleanup is simple, and they don’t retain odors or residue after washing. The molds also handle temperature changes well without warping or cracking, which is a big plus. Overall, these molds work extremely well and feel built to last. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who uses molds regularly, these are a solid, reliable choice. I would definitely recommend them and would purchase again.

Smaller than you might expect, easy to use
The Reasonable Reviewer family does a lot of crafting with resin, plaster, and other molding media, and one of the ways of making a creation special is adding details like smaller, pre-cast items to a larger project. That was why we picked up this 36 piece mold set. The set is explicitly for resin use in creating decorations for unique nail designs. We used some UV set resin to test out the set. (Please see the pictures.) The pieces created are very small, ideal for curing with UV cure resin that needs the piece to be small to let it set. The resin did set though it took a while longer than expected, and I had to turn the pieces over and sit under the UV lamp for close to 45 minutes on each side. The molds are thick and durable, which is a good thing. The downside is that the UV cannot easily penetrate the sides of the mold to set the sides and bottom. It is not an insurmountable problem, but you will want to keep it in mind and use some hand protection when you take the molded items out. Also, you will want to ensure that you give enough time to set and then enough time to do the bottoms of the items separately. Planning, planning, planning. You will want to create the items in advance of your main project. There are a lot of different designs, enough to create interest, but not enough for a complete set of topics. There is one block with letters on it. This is an example of the need to plan ahead. If you are going to spell anything or even use initials, likely you will need to do several castings to get what you need. All in all, it is a fine set. You might want to shop around to ensure that you get the molds you need for the creations that you have in mind.

Cute!
I got these to make miniatures and not so much for nails. I’ve tried uv resin, poly gel and regular gel polish in the molds. Some come out better than others. But the molds are actually well made and nice quality. The letters are SUPER teeny tiny and sometimes don’t come out that great. All the other molds I have tried came out good. My favorites are definitely the little cookies and popsicles. They are adorable! So I’m happy with my purchase. Thumbtack and bead in photos to show size.

Nail charms DIY
For the price you really can’t go wrong. I made the little cookie charms. I tried a bunch of others, trial and error etc. I have a variety of nail products to use in these molds. Now some are too shallow to really use. That being said, each mold might call for trying out a product or two to successfully use the mold as some have deeper crevices. I found the deeper the crevices patting in a wetter product curing then filling and curing works great. The cookie molds I used *the heart ones* I used a very wet acrylic bead to fill and let it settle in. These are cute, versatile and if your a DIY girlie like me you’ll love these. Price point most being usable and cute, this is worth the purchase

Tiny little molds
Way too tiny for these senior eyes. Almost impossible for me to create anything that isn’t solid color. They are made well but just know they are tiny and some items are very shallow making it very difficult to remove intact
