I was beyond enraged when this product was delivered to my P.O. Box. I opened the box to retrieve my shampoo and conditioner and a disgusting sac of dripping fluid was waiting for me. The most horrid smell was emitting from the package. I can’t even send this back in it’s original package due to the corrosion and destruction. People were gagging as I went by due to the putrid smell. I should’ve used gloves to touch this as I have a sticky film left behind. Not enough soap to clean this smell off my hands. This cannot be a real shampoo product. Someone used an old bottle and filled it up with dollar store potpourri. Please contact me to refund.

This product color is off and doesn’t smell right! I purchased originally from my hairdresser. Went back and got again and % of ingredients are not the same, scam!

We are going to have to use this for a while to see if it helps the thinning hair. I definitely like the other Paul Mitchell products I’ve used
