Limited information
I wanted a book that would cover the basics of the inner critic in relation to IFS. Basic it is, most of the information can be found on the web. It has many online links, but most if not all are broken, as the author has set up a new website. Trying to find these links on the new website is a nightmare and worst still, they have all been monitised. So what is indicated as as free resource in the book is no longer the case. I do like other jay earley books, especially the more comprehensive ones. Of course therapists should benefit from their hard work by being paid properly, however this all feels a bit like a therapy jumble sale.

Not for the individual reader
I have read many such books and this is my least favorite. Told me little I didn't know and involves workbooks and outlines and internet interaction to get full benefit. Had I read nothing before it would have been useful!
