blade lock was faulty
Blade lock did not secure the blade. Problem reported. Instant response from the seller who sent a replacement free of charge , no quibble, no hassle. Great customer service .

Check the item before use
It is a good jigsaw easy to use and it came early which was a bonus and come with blades

a good cheap jigsaw to get the job done
used plenty of these in my time this one was ok at best never wants to stay true i did my laminate flooring with it worked fine tried to to cut a 35mm work top 2 months later it started smoking a third of the way through with a new blade on it binned it next day after purchasing an alternative

Note great quality
Product was sold as new but had clearly already been used a lot and just repackaged with a new set of blades. Sawdust all over the inside and case, blades dull and it struggled to cut a half inch piece of softwood. Returned for a refund.
