A must herb to battle Diabetes and fortify your Pancreas
If you want to manage your diabetes, a bottle of Bitter Melon needs to be in your repertoire of Diabetes fighting herbs! It fortified your pancreas and helps bring down your blood sugar. If you add Cinnamon, Mulberry, Chromium and Berberine to this fine herb, you will see your blood sugar drop by 30-70 points. Now, you will need to put in the effort to lose weight by doing intermittent fasting, eating 70% protein, 20% fats and 10% carbs twice a day and walking at least 30 minutes every day. And if you add Green Tea, instead of coffee, you will see a drastic change in your overall health and weight within 3 months. But you must stay consistent. No cheating and no sugar. Fruits low in the glycemic index are ok and the body assimilates them better than artificial sweeteners and processed sugars.

I think it's working
It can cause gastric upset if you take too much. I was too enthusiastic at first, then quit it for a couple of days now taking it with my dinner, not on an empty stomach. I can tell a difference. I usually take a few bites of a meal then take it and that seems to work well for me. Of course eveyrone is different, figure out what works.

A1C results stay the same as before or after tanking Bitter Melon
I took 2 capsules a day for the last 2 months. My A1C was 6.4 before taking Bitter Melon. My A1C results stay the same at 6.4 after taking Bitter Melon. I will try another bottle and retest A1C again in Aug 2025.
