hmmmm chowmein noodles?

This wasn't what I was expecting. I boiled these and it was a disaster lol. I think these are to be eaten crunchy as is. I don't know. Not sure what to do. The expiry date is also too close. It will expire in 2 1/2 months. I bought multiple.
