Good evening ulix, George here from the UK South East London. Jist wanted to leave a review of approval and appreciation for your product. They are a really good pair of affordable headphones. I did actually purchase some a while back but I lost them to a wood chipper.. Funny story 🤣 But they are really good headphones and I hope more people purchase them in the future. Some words of advice for growth in sales and clientele. If you made some that are USB A, B AND C Compatible would be advised since I had to buy an adapter for my phone because it doesn't have a headphone jack. Also me personally I haven't seen but a wireless pair would be great and all these points would help towards sales and new business. For the money you pay, you wont get much better. Sound has a nice bass to it and the overall general sound quality is very good. Comfort wise, great again. They fit well and you would barely know they were there. The packaging has a more premium feel and look to it with a small bag to keep the earphones in which is might be slightly too small for them but still useable. They also left a small note inside basically thanking me for purchasing their product and supporting their family business which I thought was a really nice touch. It's the small things that make a real difference. I cant comment on their longevity because I only received them today so I'll have to see with that but they seem well made. Overall, I'm not sure I've ever bought a pair of earphones that are better than these for the money so I'd definitely recommend them plus knowing I'm supporting a family business is nice too.

For the price, this is a nice set of wired earbuds from Ulix. The ear pieces, in-line mic and jack-end are all made of metal, giving everything a nice weight which, alongside the braided cable, makes this product feel like a quality product. At this price point, you're lucky if the earbuds last anywhere beyond 6 months with daily usage, but I'm hoping that these do as the materials used seem like they would help with their longevity. The sound is what you would expect at this price range - it is perfectly fine, enough volume, not tinny nor too much bass. Perfect for just plugging into your device to listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks. The mic quality is slightly muddy though, but my voice is clear enough. Again, at this price point you can't really complain. In terms of audio quality, these Ulix earbuds are comparable to any other big name earbuds within the sub-£20 range, and I have tried many of them (Sony, Skullcandy, JBL, etc), but Ulix stands out due to their physical quality. Also came with a nice little bag for keeping them in when not in-use, alternatively sized rubber buds and the handwritten note was a lovely personal touch from the seller.

I normally go for bigger brand earphones like samsung or skullcandy. After losing yet another pair thought I'd give these a go, looked pretty good and a better price. These are great, good sound quality, decent amount of base, microphone works well, the braided cable reduces tangling and magnets are handy for clipping away, feel like good quality. Little travel bag is a nice touch too. Quick delivery too of course. They also came with a nice handwritten note and a free pair of earphones which was a really lovely touch and inspired me to leave a review!

I saw excellent reviews for these and since my previous in-ear headphones had stopped working, took a chance on them. They came packaged in a cute little tin with a cute little hand-written note with little hearts on it, and seemed okay; wire not corded and maybe a bit too long, and connector sticks nearly 1mm out of phone when plugged in, but hey, they have magnets in them so they jump together, that's nice! So, I started to use them, and started to run into irritating issues. The sound quality isn't too bad, in fact the bass seemed decent for the price, but they kept randomly disconnecting from my phone (a pretty standard Samsung Galaxy model) and needing to be unplugged and plugged back in. Within hours I was already thinking "hmm... these aren't great for fifteen quid, compared to my AKG ones that cost the same... maybe I'll return them..." but I gave them a little longer to impress me. I stuck on an audiobook on Audible, started tidying the bedroom and- BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP!!!!! Suddenly, out of nowhere, with the phone just sitting happily on a cushion, they emitted an incredibly loud, high-pitched beep that was so loud, my partner could hear it from the other side of the room (having run from the study hearing my scream of pain and string of expletives and thinking I'd been electrocuted or trapped my hand in the bed mechanism something) and continued until I unplugged them. After that awful experience, and with my ears still ringing, I can't recommend buying these to anyone. Not worth the health and safety risk.

Great ear phones. Excellent sound quality. But they don't last for long if using daily. I bought two of them one year apart and now it's time to get another but this time it has been 10 months. I see that there is a 5 year warranty so maybe i need to investigate that. The issues you get after about 7 months is the microphone sound quality goes bad and people can't hear you well. Then after about 10 months one of the headphones stops working. Not good. Another issue is the headphone can come apart. But it's possible to put them back together. It happened to both sets that i bought. Despite all of that, i wouldn't mind getting them again for the price that you're paying.

These ear buds are STURDY, yes had to shout it out. Because of ear problems I sleep with ear buds to block out internal noise, meaning I can damage or destroy a set of ear buds in a matter of weeks due to twisting and/or turning in my sleep. The coil of the ear buds becomes tangled, broken, or disconnected from the ear inserts. Due to the design of these ear buds, my first set lasted about 8 months even through entanglements, twisting and knots. I ordered a second set back in April, 2 pairs at the price of a little over $17 is a great value for your money. Although the company offers a 5-year warranty on their product I chose not to use the warranty, my use is outside normal wear and tear. Also, the sound quality is excellent, the cord length is just right.

So far so good! I'll update if anything changes. I ordered these after my latest other brand broke within 2 months. I was looking for something a little cheaper, but I like the lengthy guaranteed replacement window so I ordered these. The cord is strong and durable, connection around the mic & button housing seems strong, sound quality is good, and I like the convenience of the magnet feature to keep the earbuds together when not in use. I've owned similar headphones in the past that also featured the fabric cord and magnets. These tangle a little more easily than the other brand did if I don't stick the earbuds together as the magnets are not strong enough to attract each other at any significant distance, BUT that also means unlike the previous pair they aren't messing with laptop touchpads and mobile device screens like the previous stronger pair did. It's a trade off I'm winning to make! My one minor wish is that earbuds like this would have a tactile marker for left and right. Yes, the mic housing is on the right after the split, but that's not a standardized placement for headphones in general. I actually wore these backwards the first couple of uses because my previous 3 headphones all had that on the left.

The tangle free cord is great, and I like the magnetic ear pieces so they can snap together around my neck. Sound quality is very good. This also kindly included a free second set - fantastic price for two headsets. The included handwritten letter was a nice, personal, cute addition.
