Delivery issues with Amazon

The seller is not the issue, but Amazon has disappointed me in their service overall. My account claims orders arrived when they are not due until next month while also saying other orders are on the way. My account is still in shambles because all the delivery order details are still wrong. The product itself, however, I expect will be great.
