Not the lightest machine to carry upstairs so be careful if this is a problem,But this is an amazing machine that is so easy to use it’s like using a normal vacuum to manoeuvre and cleans brilliantly.

This is as good as the advert on telly says it is. I was worried I'd been taken in by the ad, but it really is excellent. It's made my carpets look like new and it is incredibly satisfying seeing the dirty water after you've cleaned. It was easy to assemble and use. Only thing is it's a bit heavy to take up and down the stairs so that might be something to consider if you have difficulty carrying things. But it glides over the carpet really easily so you don't need much strength for that. I used it on my sofa too and while the results weren't as spectacular, it did budge stains and removed dog hair much better than a normal vacuum. Haven't tried it on my floors yet but there is a fitting for hard floors too. Definitely worth the money.

Very effective and easy to use. Cleaning the tanks is easy but more patience required for cleaning the brushes. Instruction leaflet could be of better quality & with clearer diagrams. Overall, very good value for money.

It's really done a great job on the carpets you can really see a difference.

Bought it after my other Vax packed up.First time i used it it failed to impress me. Being used to the old cheaper one which left my carpets quite wet, i thought that's the standard. But this one leaves the carpets nearly dry and uses much less water compared to the other one. I could notice that it also pulls most of the water it uses back in, thing that the other one wouldn't do, hence my (wrong) idea of a wet carpet = clean carpet.It can be tricky to clean it after use, tho. I do it right after using it, remove and rinse the tanks, disconect the hoses and attachments, place the machine on the rim of the bathtub and, using only the shower hose(remove the head) i blast the brushes with water while turning them by hand to dislocate any hair/debries, etc. It only takes 5 min.

Used the cleaner on a carpet that was dirty from daily use with outstanding results. The machine was easy to use and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Great carpet cleaner only disappointment the water tank doesn't hold much water and it runs out quickly.

The first time I used this,my carpets came out spotless. It is a heavy machine.The cleaning afterwards is very fiddly and time consuming. But it is worth the effort.Would fully recommend
