Fantastic mixer and shower tap and only took about 20 minutes to fit. Very good quality, I would definitely recommend this item.

Easy to fit in, no issues, does what it says. The handle is plastic and so feels like it would break easily but over all its ok.

This item is fantastic value for money and the company has excellent customer care would highly recommend this product and any other products bought from this company.

I had the tap fitted and it was all great until today which is around 2 weeks after the tap has been fitted and it’s faulty, when using the tap the shower also sprays at the same time and when using the shower the tap keeps spraying out, they won’t work separately. It’s ridiculous, I now have to call a plumber to try and fit me in to remove and replace the tap which is going to be expensive. The tap is going to end up costing me a fortune now as I’ve had it fitted now I will have to pay a plumber to remove the tap and refit yet again another new one. Absolutely ridiculous. Awful product.

Very good quality value for money

After using the tap for three months the switch in which you can change to water from shower to tap has stopped working, everything is still intact so it's not as though we've been to rough with the switch it just doesn't work so now I can only have water come through the shower. Also the whole unit feels very cheap but if it still worked as should I could get over that however the fact that hose for the shower head leaks and feels super short aswell as it now being unusable as a tap after 3 months it's just not worth it.

Looks good, problem is with the quality of the build. Be aware that the fittings are shorter than normal mixer taps, I had to buy extenders to be able to attach it to the mains. Also I seem to have very low pressure, on stripping the mixer valve down it appears to not engage between bath and shower very well as movement is restricted on the plunger by the size of the screw on top . Looks like I will have to grind the top down a little so it can push the road down further into the tap. Shower head is good, just a quite short hose so something else to replace.

Had exactly the same. Bought this one as replacement and quality is good. Comparing to old one this was half price.
