Great product ,nice taste,I bought as im on a keto diet and its very low carb so using it in all my recipes I think really good value for money .packaging is good resealable for ease of use

Good low-carb flour
Good quality and no bitter or taste flavour (just barely). It works well with any flours, it rises as like baking powder. Be sure you calculate the ratio, otherwise it becomes too thick (absorb liquid like water, due to strong fibre/protien structure), similar to coconut flours. No affect at all. I usually use for breakfast and evening as part of my diet, including sufficient fiber and protien. I will buy it again
