Great Low Carb Sweetener
As someone who follows Low Carb diet and occasionally craves the sweetness of maple syrup, I was eager to try this sugar-free maple syrup. I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The first thing that struck me was the taste. It genuinely mimics the rich, earthy sweetness of traditional maple syrup without the added sugars. It sweetened with keto-friendly allulose, which does not spike blood sugar levels.Texture-wise, it's impressively close to real maple syrup, with a smooth and pourable consistency. It does not have that strange aftertaste that some sugar substitutes can leave. The versatility of this product also stands out. I've used it not only as a topping for breakfast items but also in sugar-free baking and marinades. It adds that delightful maple flavor to dishes without compromising on my low carb goals. The only minor downside is that it can be a bit pricey compared to regular maple syrup. However, given its sugar-free and keto-friendly nature, I find it well worth the investment. In conclusion, this sugar-free maple syrup is a game-changer for anyone following a keto or low carb lifestyle who wants to indulge in maple goodness. It's delicious, versatile, and a guilt-free way to satisfy those sweet cravings.

This is a good substitute if you understand what it is.
I've purchased this product numerous times and I personally enjoy it but others may not. Here are a few take aways for first time purchasers. 1). Do some research on what Allulose is. People buy products but don't know anything about what they are buying. 2). This product is low Carb. It may say 29g of Carbs. per 2 Tbsp. but you need to subtract the 28g of Allulose which brings it down to 1g per 2 Tbsp. 3). Allulose is not digested by the human body in the small intestine, it basically goes right to the large intestine and can act as a laxative if eaten in large quantities at one sitting. 4). I use this sparingly as I'm not into sweets. One bottle lasts me personally about 4 months. 5). Finally this is not for everyone. Some may not like the taste or how it affects their digestive tract. Not everyone likes everything and just because some don't care for a product I think it's unfair to tell others to steer clear of what they personally don't like. I hope this helps.

HERE'S WHAT WE NOTICED...
Since my husband often does a keto diet and since i try to avoid sugar we decided to order some sugar-free syrup but became confused when we saw ALL of the options.. At that point I thought to order them all and just compare the sugar-free maple syrups to see which one we preferred the most. Not sure what our preferences are worth since everyone's taste & preferences can be different... but I thought I'd share our views for what it's worth๐We ordered 5 sugar-free brands of maple syrup: Lakanto, ChocZero, NuNaturals, Joseph's & Livlo Syrlo. Here's what we noticed:NuNaturals seemed to have a strong maple flavor with a slightly thin consistency. I found that the container needed to be mixed around or shook up as best as possible before serving. Had a pleasant maple syrup flavor.ChocZero had a very thick consistency. As far as flavor goes, the first thing that came to my mind upon trying it was it made me think of maybe what liquid marshmallows with a maple flavor added would taste like.Livlo Syrlo tasted like a thinner version of ChocZero but sweeter with a slight aftertaste that lingered.Joseph's was another thick consistency syrup. It had a nice sweet maple flavor.. BUT according to the back label it reads that you can only deduct half of the sugar alcohols in this brand.. so is it actually low-carb, keto?Lakanto had a super thin consistency but a nice maple syrup flavor.. not overly sweet in my opinion. If you're wondering which ones we preferred.. I liked the taste of Joseph's but my concern about the carbs made me choose Lakanto as my next favorite one overall. My husband preferred Joseph's ๐ he said he didn't notice it affecting his loosing weight while on keto.. and he just loves the flavor of it. To him it's like having regular maple syrup. So that's our thoughts for what it's worth.. not sure if it helps you any but I sure hope it does๐๐**after trying sugar-free syrups a few times I don't like how they make me feel. They really affect my digestion and make me feel dehydrated. Also, I had a couple of other undesirable side effects. It seems that others do not have side effects so this might not be any issue for you at all... but for now I'm trying to limit the amount of sugar alcohol products I consume. Hope it works for you๐

I just got this a couple days ago and I'm already ordering more!
I normally eat local maple syrup but since switching to a lower calorie volume eating style, I decided to try out a bunch of lower calorie options to replace my beloved fav. This one blew all the rest out of the water. It tastes just like a little bit runnier actual maple syrup! I bought a bottle earlier this week and have already used it on my protein pancakes and in a low calorie ice cream recipe. So it's great as is and also to add a wonderful maple flavoring to dishes. I am not familiar with the sweetener used in this but it absolutely does not have any sort of fake sweetener taste. The only down side is after eating some protein pancakes and making a couple batches of ice cream in the fridge... I'm already dangerously low. So I jumped on amazon to buy more and figured I should also leave a review. Also The past couple of days I've eaten approx 2 table spoons every other day in some various recipes and have not experienced any sort of discomfort in my stomach from the fake sweeteners. I really do wish I could order a bigger bottle though because they are pretty darn small.
