They are good for vans or tennis shoes. Not for bobs or sonuk or anything lower. Hope that helps.

8-11 if that is what you are asking, I hope. I wear a 10 1/2 -11 shoe and don't have a problem with the socks feeling too tight or loose. Love the gripping strips in the heels. We have the men's and women's socks. She loves her's too.
