I like this printer. The copier works great the printer works great and it’s a good little printer. The set up was a challenge because it couldn’t find the Wi-Fi so I had to go get a cable to be able to set it up which defeats the whole purpose. But once it was installed and recognized it was able to connect to Wi-Fi fine

After reading a ton of printer reviews, I was really stumped on which printer in this price range to get. I read a lot of reviews that it was challenging to setup but I did not experience this. Setup was pretty intuitive and took ~20 minutes. The printer is fine quality and is exactly what I was looking for, especially for this price.

If you have Apple products, this is the printer for you. It works via WiFi and Bluetooth so you can print from your iPhone and MacBook. The setup process is super easy on both a computer and phone. I recommend setting it up from your computer first if you have the option, so you can see the set up screens better and type easier. After you set it up on your MacBook, then it's really easy to send yourself the setup link to other computers and phones and set them up to the same printer. They try to make you sign up for HP+ but it's not necessary to subscribe to the "buy ink" part of it. Once you create an HP+ account you'll be able to see your printer on your phone through the HP app.

UPDATE:A year and a half later and I still can’t connect it to Wi-Fi no matter what I do. I’d consider myself pretty tech savvy but this printer in particular is really testing me. I’ve tried multiple times to connect it since purchasing it in May of 2021 but still no luck. Yes, I’ve followed all the troubleshooting instructions and even tried calling HP tech support. They told me since my warranty expired, it would cost me 19.95 for them to help me. Sounds like a scam and I’m definitely not paying for help on something that should be simple. I’ve never heard of such a thing honestly. I’m planning on selling it and getting a Cannon like I should have done in the first place. Don’t buy!Spent over an hour trying to get it connected and even watching YouTube videos for instructions but it still kept failing so I finally gave up. Seems like it would be a nice printer if it wasn’t so difficult to set up.

Purchased this before Christmas but didn't use for a couple of months. Right away I realized there was a problem with the ink cartridges. Both cartridges were low in ink even though I haven't used them. Replace cartridges but printer wont print at all.

A good buy for the money. Ink works well on prints and pictures. Not messy either and u can't make a mistake for containers only fit the color slots. Buy next level up for touch screen. This screen has a button very annoying when trying to program. Next product level up has touch screen. We purchased that for office but be careful read fax instructor if you have to have fax.

This is the second one. First one didn't work. It throws out two pages regardless of what I print. Waste paper

After all, love this printer! It was difficult to install as in to have my newer HP 15" laptop to recognize the printer driver. You really have to go through the HP site, download the app and hopefully right the first time. Also I did not realize the color cartridge was damaged ouit of the box, the seller did give me a 30.00 credit. MT NC
