Does it work on very few hairs ?

Yes it does. I know because I have very thin eyebrows and decided to try this brow pomade because I had heard it would work for me. I love the way it fills in the blank spots and can be made very dark or brushed to a lighter shade. You may have to work with it for a few days, but if you use the brush on the other end of the application brush, you can achieve a subtle, well shaped brow. I ordered a medium brown because my hair is mostly gray. I thought it was very dark at first so you might want to go a shade lighter than you ordinarily would with a pencil or brow powder. Keep a light hand when applying and I think you will like it. Hope this helps!

Yes, it works very good with few to no hairs. My outer third is gone and it works great! Nice smooth texture. Spreads nicely.

If you have no brows, how does that work?

It does go on bare skin too. I do have a few hairs but very few. I put it on in shape of a brow and then run the brush over it. It looks very natural and stays on all day. I also use it as a real tattoo putting maybe a small heart, or a star on my neck or foot . It stays on...that's the part I love.
