I've been needing a 52"blind for this window so long. This Chicology mini blind is exactly what I needed and better than i could have imagined. I installed this blind in 15 minutes. It's well made and the feature i like best is there is no cord lift for the blind. You simply pull it down or lift it up and this happens easily. No pull cords hanging looks so much better and the price plus quality makes my next blind purchase a no brainer. Highly recommended.

I just finished ordering my fifth blind from this company. I like them that much! The first one came without the hardware which Chicology sent promptly (free of charge of course) after I called them. The blinds are a bit lighter (and maybe flimsier) than the ones from Walmart that are almost the same product at the same cost, but getting them from Walmart means you are limited to the sizes Walmart carries. I was concerned when I pulled the first one down since the slates seemed at odd angles with each other, but that resolved quickly with a few twists and has never been a problem again. I admit that I didn't put the blinds up myself, and my friend had a hard time screwing the screws into our hard wood beams, but he did the job pretty quickly, and I don't think he had any trouble with the hardware itself, which seems very straightforward and easy to use, no big complex directions needed. I've had several of these blinds up for a month now and I put them up and pull them down daily and turn the blinds many times a day while they are down and they are holding up great. It's lovely to be able to control the light in the room and also cut down on the heat in the house which I can do with these blinds. And at night when there is a full moon and the blinds are down and angled just right, the blinds cast a wonderful shadow of slants across the room, making it easy to sleep, but also a great way to enjoy the moonlight.
