I like it - compact and sturdy. Holds the charge for days. It charges fast. Indicators are well placed and visible. Worked w my apple phone. Has 2 USB outlets to connect to your devices. No heating issues. Reasonably priced.

I currently own about 10 of these, and they are hands down the best portable battery banks I’ve used so far. One of my favorite features is the visual percentage display, which lets you instantly see how much battery life is left—no guessing. Each unit is 10,000mAh, which is the sweet spot: high capacity without becoming bulky. For context, higher mAh means more charge. Most power banks top out around 10,000mAh before they get too large to carry comfortably, and these stay impressively compact. They can charge an iPhone Pro Max multiple times before needing to be recharged. I actually use these instead of wall outlets. I rotate them constantly, so I rarely plug devices directly into the wall—only the power banks themselves. It’s a system that’s worked incredibly well for me. I've been very happy with this battery. It charges my phone at least twice on a single charge. I love that it has an indicator to tell you how much charge is left. It's fairly compact - compared to a standard cell phone it's about the same width, two-thirds as high, and 2-3x thicker. You charge it with a USB C and you can charge things with either USB A or USB C and you can charge 3 items at once if you want. Battery holds its charge and works well with fast charging.

Works well. Has a large capacity to Last for a very long time. Bought for use with a heated vest and it is PERFECT For the pocket.

*2nd update* I received the replacement, under warranty free of charge. Customer service told me this is an updated version, physically it appears the same. The battery, which is smaller than a deck of cards, comes with a good quality cable and a storage pouch. Out of the box it had an 86% charge, which was displayed prominently on the display on front. I charged the battery to 100% before using it, which took less than an hour. Fits comfortably in a pocket and doesn't get to warm if you decide to charge your device like that. I use the battery primarily in my car to keep my phone charged when using Android auto wireless, which is very draining. During my daily 30 minute commute the battery will keep my phone topped off for about 1-2 weeks before i need to charge it (at 20%). Have done some testing on it to charge or extend use of my Steam Deck. Mileage has varied. Plugging it into the deck at 10% and not using it brings it up to about 40-60% in most cases. When playing low power games it will extend play 1 to 2 hours. High power games are too demanding and the battery doesn't charge fast enough and require the 45w dedicated charger or a much larger fast charging battery. All in all I am happy with the battery despite the first one dying. Customer service has been exceptional, reaching out to me and providing a replacement under warranty, following up to make sure I am happy and everything is good. Would 100% recommend INIU products, even if you have an issue they will make it right. *Update* Was contacted by customer support via email and will be receiving a new unit (newer version) to replace the dead one. Hopefully the new one lasts longer, in either case great customer support! Worked as expected for 2 months then suddenly stopped working. Display reads 100% but immediately drops to 0% as soon as you plug anything into it and battery display dies. Plugging in to charge it display will flicker than begin "charging" display counts up relatively quickly to 100%. Unplug, battery is cool to touch, and plug something in to charge and immediately drops to 0 and shuts off. Junk. Would recommend you look elsewhere for a reliable battery backup.

I bought this power bank back in February 2024 and it’s been perfect for everyday use. It gives me two full charges on my iPhone 16, which is exactly what I need during the day. I actually have another power bank that I use for travel — it gives me 3 to 4 full charges, but it's way too heavy to carry around in my purse every day. That’s why I keep this one just for daily use, and it’s been great. It’s compact, has a bit of weight to it (which actually makes it feel high quality — not like cheap plastic), and it even comes with its own pouch. I always keep the cables inside the pouch, so everything stays together. So far, no issues at all. It’s reliable, has saved me more than once, and I definitely recommend it. Solid 5 stars.
