This has been the best cmc powder I’ve come across I use it & kneed it in while also using corns starch which helps dry it out a bit more !

Judee's Premium CMC Powder has been a game-changer in my baking endeavors. It works wonders in fondant, frostings, and cake decorations, improving their texture and consistency. The product itself deserves a solid 5-star rating for its quality and performance. However, I'm deducting one star due to the packaging. While the resealable bag is functional, I personally prefer products that come in a plastic container with a screw-on lid. It provides better long-term storage and ease of use. It would be great if Judee's considered offering this product in both packaging options

It would have been a benefit if the product had a label telling you how to make food glue, but I googled it and wrote it on the back of the package myself. Worked great.
