Thank you for your interest in our Swingline 747 Classic Stapler. I am not sure what a TPS report is but this stapler has a 20 sheet capacity.

It this purple or blue?

More blue than purple..it's royal blue

The product image shows the color as closer to brown than lipstick red. Is the picture somehow faded, or does it show the true color?

The color of the stapler is a deep red close to the Washington Redskins color red. It is not a vibrant red but it is easy to find on my messy desk. It still is the object of much envy in the office so beware
