They were pretty good. I stuffed them and found them easy to work with and open. In the past with other piquillo peppers, I have struggled to stuff. Either they we too slippery (from their packing liquid) or they fell apart. These were by far some of the easiest I have dealt with. Having said that, I do have some minor complaints. The taste is good but I think I prefer the ones from La Tienda. Also, the price is a little high, though I do appreciate the free shipping via Prime. Only reason I bought these vs. the La Tienda was the free shipping due to Prime. Otherwise I would buy the ones from La Tienda. Next time I am in Spain I am just going to bring some back with me. Just kills me how expensive these are here and so much cheaper in Spain.
