Q: Champion 3 flush valve needs softer, more pliable, not semi rigid plastic tubing to work. Will this tubing work?

I used my refill tube on a Fluidmaster 400 flush valve, not a Champion 3.

Q: Tube strength? My current config requires the need of a tube that will loop without creating a bend or sharp angle. Is this tube sturdy enough?

Yes. It is super flexible, you would have to work to create sharp turn in it.

Q: Will this fit for any and can you cut to fit? I really just need the clip

I was able to trim the one I got. If you only need the clip, only use the clip. Keep in mind the age and possible lack of flexibility in the old tubing.
