Take them for a long time...months to see results

These probiotics have been a life changer for me. I've been taking these for probably 2 years at this point because I have a very sensitive stomach, and I genuinely think these probiotics have helped me significantly. Stomach issues for me are pretty infrequent now, where as prior to taking these it was a multiple times a week issue.

Good cost

This is one of the better pro and prebiotics I have ever tried. You don't need to refrigerate them even either. When I 1st seen no refrigeration I was skeptical but after a good week of taking them regular I can see why they are Dr recommended, I have no bathroom troubles while taking them as directed.
