Exceptional book!
I seem to dream a lot and often wondered what the dreams meant. This book goes a good way to explain this in a simple manner which is easy to understand. I would recommend this book as a starter to look deeper into the subject and learn how to interpret them. Thank you.

Book was a waste of money and time
The only part that was at all interesting was a few pages in the beginning where the author spoke of the sleep stages and when and why we potentially dream. The whole part about the Meaning of Dreams and Understanding the Symbols was just ridiculous. I mean seriously, if I dream about a snake, it means I am afraid that a dark secret may be discovered? Or if I dream about a poison snake, it stands for sexual demands that are not being met?? Complete nonsense. Far more likely that I saw a snake or thought about what if I saw a snake on a walk sometime that week or perhaps saw a show that had a snake in it. Each symbol had a Psychological, Freudian and Spiritual Interpretation. All 3 complete rubbish in my opinion. Don't waste your time.

First half of the book is good
Good explanation of when and how we dream. As for the explaination of dream elements - the interpretation of dreams I'd say they are too Freudian - missed the broad side of a barn at point blank range.
