Sharp and well made sickle
The sickle design is perhaps the most efficient method at trimming or pruning plants. The curved blade and pulling motion allow the almost effortless cutting action. The machete is sometimes overkill in cutting power and effort when it comes to green branches and the sharpness of the machete may not be enough for clean cuts. Clippers will do the job at trimming green branches but the motion of gripping and regripping can grow tiresome after hours of work. A very sharp sickle will cut with a slight flick of the wrist and the lightweight sickle is very efficient. The sickle arrives very sharp and is ready to cut. The handle and blade are of good quality and the blade is sharpened with a chisel grind, meaning only one side is sharpened. Clean and oil the blade after use to prevent corrosion. I'm very glad that I bought this sickle.

Very Sharp! Well made.
I haven't had the chance to use the tool yet but I can say this. Do Not! Let children or wives open the package. This tool is extremely sharp, which is good per se. However the company could have developed a safer sheeth for the tool. Literally as u slide it in and out of the plastic it slices the plastic. Take a word of advice company who made this....make a protective sheeth or I can almost promise you someone's gonna have an accident. Other than that can't wait to see how it performs.

Super good tool for getting rid of bushes
Very good tool to get rid of thick tall grass especially effective for getting rid of overgrown blackberry bushes. Without this tool clearing the yard will take me more time a few weeks more. I messed up with the blade with rocks but still working like charm. I might get another one. Made in Taiwan. A little bit expensive though

Slice of Excellence - So Sharp, It’s Dangerous!
Wow, where do I even start? This sickle is so sharp that it cut me before I even had a chance to use it! I was just opening the packaging, minding my own business, and bam—my hand met the precision of this blade. One trip to the ER and a few stitches later, I can confidently say: this thing means BUSINESS. Now, I know what you’re thinking: 'Why give a product that made you bleed 5 stars?' Easy. Because this sickle is simply too good at its job. If it can slice through my hand that effortlessly, imagine what it’ll do to weeds! 😅 Whether you’re looking to do some serious gardening or live out your best Grim Reaper cosplay, this bad boy won’t disappoint. Just make sure to keep a first-aid kit handy—you’re gonna need it! 🔪💥 10/10 would recommend (but maybe open it while wearing armor next time)!

Most under-utilized farm and garden tool
I got this sickle for a landscaping job I stumbled upon that involved the removal of thick, resilient and poisonous vines. It handled and continues to handle wonderfully. I am not in any way affiliated with this company and this is not an incentivized review. The sickle seems to be very common in asian countries and I didn't really start to see their use until I began spending more time in Hawai'i, which has a lot of asian cultural influence. Even the Ace hardwares here have them, however many are designed for lighter weeding and gardening tasks. This sickle in all seriousness was perhaps the best 20 bucks I've ever spent. For vines, I feel that it is more effective than a machete since it cuts and pulls. I even use this for light chopping, up to 1/2" thick green wood, not dry though. Although it's sturdy, I don't think it's full tang (meaning that blade blank doesn't run down inside the entire length of the handle), so don't get too crazy with the chopping. The blade is ground/beveled on one edge only (like loppers) and obviously the blade itself is curved so sharpening takes a little consideration but is still easy. You can use a round metal file or perhaps a round puck-type whetstone. I use a tungsten carbide tool I purchased on you know where that works wonders but takes a little practice. It's made by Sharpal and here's the link: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B01L8VKZO0/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I don't have affiliation with this company either. The only thing I wish this tool had was a sheath that fit on a belt, but that would just be icing on the cake. This tools efficacy helped to open my eyes to the world of sickles and sickle machetes. My next landscaping tool purchase will be a full-tang sickle machete made by Silky, the professional arborist company, since it can handle chopping better. Way to go Zenport and thank you for a wonderful tool!

Wow! Just wow!
The reviewers and online video demos are no exaggeration! This thing is a powerhouse. To say it is crazy sharp would be an understatement. It’s well balanced and the handle is comfortable and it’s easy to wield about-murdering tall thick weeds n such. I tried it on a large area of 2-3 foot tall weeds that had stalks about one inch in diameter. I did not need to use any force at all, just a swing and it took em down like a hot knife going through butter. Whoa!! I was shocked at how little time and effort it took me to complete a large area. Would have been 2-3 times longer with the weed eater and would have burned thru a lot of string. Quality is great and the price is low. You will not be disappointed.

Just buy it.
If you are looking for something like this just buy it. I have medical troubles and weed eaters cause me pain. I just went outside day one on an 1 acre plot and cleared the weeds from ever tree (10+) around the home and out buildings. Cleared my berries plants (Blue and Elder) and around my chicken pen. It was stupid fast and easy to use. It is easy to avoid your plants but still cut down the weeds. After working the crap out of this. It is still sharp I did have to touch of the blade after hitting a few well hidden rocks but it was not world ending for the tool. It has no signs for getting lose from the handle it looks and feels well made. The worse thing about this is my arm. I will edit this if somethings goes wrong. Thanks for your time.

Excellent balance and sharpness—ideal for the harvests that feed the masses. This sickle is easy to use, even during extended periods of collective labor. Be warned, however: the blade is so sharp that I cut myself just removing the packaging! So far, I’ve used it to clear thick weeds and even small poplars in areas that can’t be mowed, and it has performed exceptionally well. A solid tool.

Good shape of blade and handle. It does well to clean up around the bottom of the small trees that we planted. The one thing that is lacking is the hardness of the steel. It is very soft which lends to easy sharpening but sharpening often. The shape of the blade does well but really does need a sheath.

La agarradera de hule se le salió de su base de aluminio, el acero de la cuchilla hay que mantenerlo con poco de aceite, se oxida rápido.

As described and delivered on time.

Light weight but sturdy. Very sharp. I bought this along with a machete and now I wish I'd bought two of these instead of the machete.
