This pepper is perfect. Grind is just right, not too fine. Not too coarse. Gives that added punch to soups, steaks, and all dishes. Though the aroma is intoxicating, it will make you sneeze which other store brought peppers lack that zest to initiate such a reaction. And It’s organic. So fresh, too.

For some reason, pepper in bulk has become prohibitively expensive, and it is hard to find loose coarse-ground pepper in the grocery store; it only comes in grinders. I prefer to grab a pinch so I can control the amount. I gave this brand a try and I'm really happy. It comes well-packaged for storage after opening, it's fresh and it's the perfect size grind. Good value for the quality.

We haven’t had a change to cook with it but when we cook some of meat with a course pepper. We had run out of our other pepper and unable to get it anymore so we purchased this brand to try. It looks like the course pepper we are use to. The delivery time was fast and I’m sure it will be just as good

The grind size is fantastic for bbq but I must say I was very disappointed with the flavour and smell, it was kind of bland. If you are looking for a powerful pepper this is not the one, but if you don’t like in your face pepper, this is the best grind size I have found for rubs hands down. I saw a couple others reviewers with similar experiences. Edit: I must say I’m very impressed with the company as they contacted me about my concerns, that goes a long way in my books.
