Hi, Thanks for checking out an item we offer within our Amazon store. Please disregard our last answer about this mouth guard being youth or adult. Most of Shock Doctor's mouthguards do come that way, but this lip mouth guard comes in only one size. It is a ONe Size Fits Most, which means it will fit most bigger kids, approximately 10/11 up through adults. You are correct that most of their mouth guards are in 2 sizes, youth which is usually 10/11 and under, and adult which is approximately 11 and up. The youth model should. My son has used one the past 3 yrs and he is 10 now. Hope this helps
