Are there interior pockets?

Seems like answers vary depending on the bag purchased. I have the 24-inch bag and it has 10 interior pockets, 5 per side, and 16 exterior pockets, 6 per side and 2 on each end.

How much weight can it hold? I want to buy one to carry 20 lbs weights.

The material is heavy canvas so I don't think it will get ruined.

can i use a lock to close the bag for theft prevention?

Probbaly not. Its an open, collapsible bag. There is no zipper or any thing to put a lock on.
