The device was very easy to set up. The two cameras were already paired to the parent unit and it comes with two wall mounting kits. This is an amazing price for 2 cameras and a parent unit. Before we moved and had our second kid, we had a Hubble camera that was almost the same price for only one camera. On top of it (Hubble) being over priced, we would constantly have connectivity issues and the camera quality wasn't nearly as clear as the the Babysense. The VOX feature, split screen, and zoom on this thing are amazing. I also love that I'm able to see the whole room by moving the camera. The only downside of this Babysense monitor, which isn't really a downside since it was resolved, is that after 1 night of using it the parent unit started making a weird sound (see video). I tried turning it off and on and pressing the reset button on the back, but neither of these things worked. And I also made sure it wasnt coming from my kids' rooms or the cameras themselves. So I called customer service and the rep, Chris, was great. He was very polite and guided me through some troubleshooting tips. Since we weren't able to resolve the issue, he ended up sending a new parent unit, free of charge. He said it would arrive in two days, but to my surprise it came in the very next day. Within less than 24 hours of calling customer service, I already had a new parent unit at my front door. Although the first parent unit was defective, I'm still giving a 5 star rating because the issue was resolved in a very quick and easy manner. Their customer service is one of the best I have seen. They also make it super easy to contact them by providing their contact information right on the parent unit so you always have it on hand. I will update this review if any issues arise with the new parent unit.

I needed a new camera with split abilities to watch my toddler and newborn and this one is perfect! Reaches all in my home and the quality is one of the best. Sounds a little grainy but it doesn’t affect anything. It’s still great! Really easy to set up anywhere. I used a baby monitor holder to attach to a dresser and put the camera there. The battery on the monitor lasts a really long time compared to my other one too

I borrowed this monitor at a friend’s house and loved it so much that we bought one for ourselves. The picture quality is great, the screen is a nice size, and it’s way more quiet (in a good way/not safety concern way) when it picks up sound than the last monitor we used. We haven’t used the split screen function yet but I’m sure it will be great.

We had the single camera and worked great. Had a second baby and needed a dual camera. The range on this is better than expected. Never have an issue reaching from one end of the house to the other. Going outside, it still reaches a good distance. After 14 months of use, and out of warranty, we had an issue. 1 camera stopped working. Customer Support was quick with help. Issue was the cord to the camera. Camera would make a noise when plugged in, but wouldn't connect.

Update: I reached out to babysense directly through the help email on their website. Before I had the chance to ask, they had a new replacement monitor on its way to me. The new monitor was easy to set up and pair to our current cameras and it works just like new (as it should because it is). I do wish that there was a way to extend the battery life. On our optics monitor, we were able to swap out the battery it came with to a larger high capacity battery. That set up lasted us 5+ years and kept its charge much better. BUT, the picture wasn’t as clear and I get that a better quality video feed takes more energy to sustain so it’s not quite apples to apples. Customer service was impeccable and so very helpful in resolving the issue. Original: So very disappointed in this. My sister in law has this monitor too and is also having the same issue. We finally replaced our optics monitor that we had for over 5 years with this one. The picture is better and having split screen was a bonus. But in 3.5 months the unit is unusable and it’s kind of ridiculous that we spent the money on this and it stopped working so soon. The monitor stopped being able to be charged. Obviously I would way rather sacrifice the split screen and clearer view for a monitor like the optics one that will continue working. 5+ years vs 3.5 months. Very frustrating.

If I could give this camera a 0 I would. I bought this in October 2023 because we were having a second baby and I wanted a double screen monitor. I switched from a Motorola with 0 issues to this. Soon after my daughters camera started making weird noises- I unplugged it and unplugged the parent cord and swapped them out as the website said to do. Issue was fixed. Fast forward to a few months ago and the camera in my son’s room just randomly stopped working. I tried to do the same and it didn’t seem to work. I reached out and because I’m out constantly I was offered a discount to get a new cord. I got a better deal off Amazon. Problem -#2 solved. The last week the parent camera screen completely turns itself off while it’s plugged in charging over night. We are no where near being done using a baby monitor as our kids are 4 and 1.5. I didn’t expect the need to possibly have to buy a third monitor. I’m highly disappointed as this was not a cheap monitor and I’ve had countless issues. I used my previous Motorola baby monitor with 0 issues for 2 years, I haven’t even owned this one for 2 years and have had numerous issues. Coming back to update that at just 20 months of using this we have once again another issue. In the past we had to move around the parent cord and swap it out with the camera cords due to them malfunctioning. Then we had to purchase new cords to get it to work of which we were offered a percentage off from manufacturer due to being out of the warranty. ( instead I bought it for cheaper and quicker off Amazon). Now the monitor turns off in the middle of the night, then when you turn it back on it’s only on one camera instead of split screen so you have to go into the camera settings and do the split monitor. Once you get to that, you can only move one camera and do the audio on that camera- it will not switch to the other one. I have tried the restart on the parent monitor. I have unplugged that camera, turned the camera off itself and even tried to delete it but it won’t let me select that camera 2 to do that. Then I chose to hit the pair button the camera and re-pair it and it’s working- but not camera 1 is doing the exact same thing- won’t toggle from camera 2 to 1 therefore I can’t move camera 1 or put the sound on, or use the microphone on that camera. This product didn’t even last us a year without having issues, we are now almost at the 2 year mark and we are on at least issue number 5 with this camera/monitor. For a $199.99 baby monitor this is junk. I “upgraded” from a single camera Motorola when we had our second baby and am highly disappointed for switching companies when there was nothing wrong with the Motorola besides needing the extra camera. My son is still in a crib, I need a monitor- my 4 yr old gets up in the middle of the night or has bad dream and or if she’s sick I would like to be able to see her and talk to her thru the camera. At this rate, I give this negative stars

We absolutely love this set and the company! The camera quality is perfectly clear, great day and night vision, zooms great, super easy to use and has good range. Our antenna broke and Babysense replaced it FAST (like it arrived next day, fast) and customer service was the best! Definitely recommend this company and their products.

I’ve been using the non-WiFi camera for a week now and love it. The pictures on the monitor it extremely clear! Lots of different setting which are nice. When i originally ordered the bundle set off amazon the package came with out the WiFi camera. I called babysense customer service and they were very polite, understanding, and shipped the Wi-Fi camer right away! Excellent customer service experience! So far I’m happy with the Wi-Fi camera as well, if doesn’t seem disconnected from the Wi-Fi as much as other brands (it’s not happened at all since I started using) Happy with this camera system so far!
