Will this paint work on rocks for the flower garden and want wash off with rain?

This is acrylic paint...acrlic paint does NOT wash off when dry...if it does there is something wrong with paint. yes it will scrub/wash off hands but not paper canvas or anything made for acrylic paints

I've used acrylics for nail painting, but you need a base coat, then paint your design, then several top coats.
