This blender is awesome. It's not just a glorified protein shake mixer it can handle ice with ease. It's easy to clean and reasonably compact. But the most outstanding part of this product has been the customer service.When I initially recieved my blender it was missing an o-ring on the blade assembly and so I reached out to Modern Comfort Home. They were very friendly and very responsive. They sent me a brand new blade assembly right away no charges. But it doesn't stop there. Unfortunately my blender did have an issue with charging after a few months near daily use. I reached back out to Modern Comfort Home and they sent me a brand new base right away no charge.Only minor comment to the product I have is that it cannot be run while plugged in. So if the battery runs out or has an issue like mine did you would need to plug the machine in to charge for a few minutes before being able to finish blending something.However all this being considered I am extremely satisfied and still think the 5 star rating is warrented. I highly recommend this blender to others. It's a REAL blender and is truly portable.

Works well and definitely works with big ice cubes

Today an electrician is going to be working on our electricity. I may not be able to flip a light switch and get light during that time, but I am confident that I will have a blender that works. I bought the blender for traveling, but I find I use it daily for mixing cat food.It is lighter than my electric blender and can be tucked in a drawer out of sight. I am pleased with its durability, the volume it can hold, and its size. I have tried other brands and was disappointed, but this blender is great. I was also surprised at how long the battery will hold a charge. Well worth the money!

They don’t tell you..they recommend only filling it half way with ice..hence drinks are too watery…I’m going to slowly add more and more…ps..let’s hope they ‘over-engineered’ it 👍

I live in the Caribbean and so I make juices from all kinds of fruits. For a battery powered blender, it definitely has muscle. I have taken orange sized beets (hard ones) cut them in 8ths and filled the blender. Those chunks of beet were larger than regular ice cubes and the blender just chewed it up. When I strained the beet juice with a cloth, there was just fine dust left. However if a chunk blocked a blade the fail safe kicks in and just stops the blender from coming on unless you plug in the charge a second just to reset the motor, then just pulse it and you'll be back in business in no time.I've made juices requiring 2-3 20-30 second blends per day and only needed to recharge by the 5th day, so its pretty decent on the battery life. I do wish there was a more powerful blender from this brand with a larger capacity battery but I can definitely live with this one. The bag it comes with is worth buying on its own, its so strong. Its battery capacity is comparable to a modern smartphone - just under 3000mah I think so it charges fast and can be charged on a portable solar generator like Jackery which I also use to charge it.5 stars all the way. Buy it.
