Excellent product, good description and quick delivery. But so much more. I have used other foot sanders/scrubbers they are hard to control. with some of the graters, you can do serious damage with one slip-up. This is easy, with a nice fast speed that really does take care of long overdue callus build-up. It takes down the callus like a hot knife through butter.. ok maybe not that fast but seriously it's a fantastic product. No batteries and it holds a charge nicely, which means I can travel around with this, from the sofa to the deck chair outside. I used to have to use a foot cream nightly along with other hard skin removers. Now I can go for two weeks and if I want nice sandal-worthy feet I do it weekly with some cream no more daily sander/cream routines. I have great-looking feet that don't embarrass me when in skimpy sandals. Feel the freedom of callus-free feet. Also, my hubby loves this too, never thought he would care about his sandaled feet, but I found out he does.

I rarely write reviews but I am happy to recommend this excellent product. A callus had been causing me considerable discomfort over several months. Unable to afford a private appointment,let alone their treatment, I tried most of the over the counter treatments without success. I wish I had seen this earlier. Effective within the first two days and no longer painful. Complete removal will not take long. If only I had found it sooner.

I an editing this review to say that I left it for 24 hrs, tried again and we are back in business! The company messaged me as soon as they received my review and would have been very helpful had I needed them. I have always had hard skin and corns on the outside pads of my feet. I used to go to a chiropodist but that is out of my budget these days. Using this once a week has reduced my 12 corns to 3 stubborn "b's" but I'm working on them. Reduced hard skin + reduced corns = reduced pain. Much impressed! Two days ago I would have been singing is praises from the rooftops - excellent bit of kit. Today it's stopped working - it takes a charge but press the button and nothing happens. I do hope the company will contact me as they are not easy to get hold of. It was only bought in June so just over 3 months of use.

I neglected my feet and it showed. My big toes had developed hard skin on them, and my heels had become thick, hard, and cracked. After being inspired to take better care of my feet following some awful friction blisters, I decided to buy this electric file. The item is pretty self explanatory to use, and there are instructions, too. I found it to charge within the 2.5 hours it says, and it holds the charge well enough that I could do both feet. I don't think the dust collector is amazing, but it is what it is. The machine itself is super easy to use, and glides over the skin with ease. It was amazing to watch it shave away the hard skin, and eventually uncover soft, new skin! I am so pleased with it, and my feet finally feel soft! The heel cracks are much reduced, and I expect with a week of moisturising, they'll ne gone now the hard skin has been taken care of. I would definitely recommend! Apologises for the state of my feet in the photos, including the friction blisters from a walking holiday!

I was debating in between 3 and 4 stars!! So I'm a cleaner full time which means I'm on my feet, in and out of water 5 days a week. My feet aren't nice at all... or at least they weren't before I got this. The battery is soo bad though. I charged it for 2 hours as recommended and used it for about 10 minutes. It ran out. Luckily I was switching between my feet otherwise one would be smooth and the other would be as dry as the Sahara desert. All in all this is a good product but I'm not happy about the battery. Seems like I'd need to charge it between uses to get a full job done on both feet. May have to look for another product because of this. PROS- •Easy to hold •very easy to use •2 setting are actually different speeds- unlike other products I've tried. CONS •THE BATTERY!
