Actually, If you scroll down to product details you will see the item model number which ends in SM for small. We are working with Amazon to get the sizes into the bullet points but they have a lot of red tape and hoops to jump through before they will do anything like that. it isn't as simple as it may appear. So not at all shady.

They have a size chart. In one of the review questions. But I believe xxl goes up to 22 inches. But they run kinda small. Hope this helps.
