Will these work with the ome greaseable shackle kit? are these bushings greaseable?

As long as it is the right shackle kit for these bushings. I got these bushings and shackles for my 01 tacoma and they work perfect. Didnt need a press to get them in either

Do I need an metal dowels for installation?

Don't know what you mean by metal dowels, sleeves maybe, mine came with them, bolts go through the sleeves to bolt up to the shackles
