Great product, Ive struggle with my magnesium levels most of my life. The over the counter magnesium doesn't work as well. This has stopped my muscle spasms and helps me get a good night sleep. Definitely recommend

It's hilarious this actually gave me muscle spasms that i didn't have before. But i'm not judging the product. I'm sure it is a great and high quality magnesium supplement. But my own body seems to be the opposite of everything normal. There are many other examples with me too. Like antibiotics are supposed to give people diarrhea but they make me constipated instead. So anyways i think this is a great and high quality magnesium supplement but i realized i shouldn't take it. It also made it harder for me to concentrate. I'm just sharing to help the reader think about the purpose of it and if it would really accomplish that or be good overall. I'm just Going to focus on good diet and let my body do the rest of the magic.

Best magnesium ever! My entire family takes it at night. Sleep, leg cramps, mental fatigue, it's easy on the stomach and the only complaint it I wish they sold it in larger bottles. 👌👌👌

I needed magnesium glycinate and I ran up to the local health store. The small bottle they sold me only had enough for 15 days and was $18!! But, They worked so good! First time I ever felt my body respond to magnesium. It was a blended version with 7 types of magnesium. Because it was so expensive, I looked for something that was similar and found these!! Yes!! Same ingredients/dosage, but much less and it was 2 bottles! Thank you Organixx!

The seven forms of magnesium aren't necessary you can really just do five for sleep this is just overdoing it which is the reason for the bowel issues. You can just take glycinate by itself actually and leave citrate out of it. I was looking for a cheaper brand than what I use because that brand simply just calms me and keeps me knocked out for an entire night but it's super expensive. This did calm me but I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps and I had stomach issues that lasted 3 days. There may just be a dosing issue here I'm going to look at my other brand and compare it they may need to just adjust the citrate in this for more calming than colon cleansing. My cramping lasted several days so it's not really worth it for me to try just one instead of two like the other reviews said. I already have stress Ibs issues. So this was definitely not gentle for anybody who already has a constipation issue
