These were great at first, price was good. I bought 20 of them in July 2020 and ever since, one by one, they started to not function properly. Ive had to replace all but a few. The sound goes from perfect to very very low volume, to the point that you can't even hear out of it. I contacted the Amazon and since I was out of my 30 day return window, they gave me the contact info for the company. The number that they gave was out of service so I had to contact Amazon again and they gave me an email contact. I was hoping to get some trouble shooting or some replacements, considering it has only been a few months since I bought them. The company was NOT helpful at all and said that they warrenty them for 30 days after purchase and if I wanted new ones, then they could give me a small discount. WHY WOULD I REPURCHASE NEW EARPIECES THAT ONLY WORK FOR A FEW MONTHS THEN BREAK? This was extremely frustrating that the company didnt stand behind their product and had the audacity to suggest that I repurchase them. I would look for a more expensive but better constructed earpice. I would pay double or even triple to get something that works for a reasonable amount of time (years not a few months). BUYER BEWARE!!!
