Biofreeze
Love! Nothing works better for muscle soreness

Works for me and I have a solution for the leaky cap. 8>)
I have used Biofreeze off and on for over six years now. It works for me and my arthritic hands and I have recommended it to many people during that time. Yes, it smells strong and if you stick a finger in your eye you’ll know it! Been there done that, several times, and figured out that it’s best to wait until your hands are dry and then wash and dry your finger tips. This may not stop you from sticking your fingers into your eyes but it will be less painful in the long run! As far as getting fakes and/or a product that doesn’t meet the description, I’m glad to say that any time I had a problem - the supplier or Amazon made it right for me. In life when you get lemons, make lemonade! I got a squirt of Biofreeze in a bag so I turned the bag inside out and got the first application without uncorking the pump! What a cool idea! Some ad-man must have stayed up all night to figure that one out. Yes the cap leaked during shipment but the plastic bag did keep it from going everywhere. To fix the problem, I would recommend the manufacturer use a regular cap and let us install the pump (or they should apply some tape to prevent the cap from rotating) it would save us a lot of grief. While it may cost a penny or two more it would be well worth it to change all their one stars to five stars and sell more Biofreeze.

great stuff!
I have been using the roll on version but wanted to try the gel to get a deeper penetration and massage action with it, well let me tell you, it works! Just one note of caution.... a little goes a long way! DO NOT make the mistake I did the first time and go crazy with that pump and start caking it on then rubbing it in! Ouch..... You will be in a deep freeze that is more hurt than help...with no way to stop it so you just have to ride it out. I have what they call a 'frozen shoulder' and going to physical therapy 3x wk so I really needed something to help especially afterwards for relief of all the stretching, this really does the trick, along with my ice packs I am set for great pain relief for hours. I can't imagine life without it, I have recommended it to everyone I know for simple strains to severe arthritis and ALL love it, with the one notable drawback of anything applied by hand, you have to really wash your hands well afterwards.... ***TIP*** start out with cool water and remove everything until you think your hands are clean, THEN soap up really good and wash, wash, wash.... it works SOOO much better than just hitting it with warm water and soap right off the bat. Good Luck Everyone! If the gel doesn't appeal to you, I highly recommend getting the roll-on; it is my go to when I'm not able to use my gel. I keep one of the rollers in my purse, one at my work and one at home! You can't go wrong with BIOFREEZE! I've tried every other product out there, nothing compares.

Very good product.
I had knee surgery about a year ago and I feel some discomfort every now and then, but this product works very well.

Helped after a knee surgery
I recently had a fairly complex knee surgery. The pains and aches following the surgery were annoying. I had a similar cooling gel in the past and remembered liking it. I purchased this bottle of BioFreeze and LOVE IT! Using it to massage into the joints allows for a cooling and pain soothing relief. It's not a pain medication but it did take away some of the itching and surface pains I felt on the top of my skin. The price is hefty and took me a few minutes to get over it, but it was well worth it. I would buy and recommend to anyone.

Great for Ruptured Disc and nerve Pain
For the past 2 years I have suffered back pain from a herniated / ruptured disc. My chiropractor recommended Biofreeze. I used the gel every morning and night and it took the edge off the pain allowing me to live my life. Unfortunately I had to have surgery in April as the disc got worse. After the surgery I still had the shooting nerve pain down my right side. I was taking all sorts of pain killers...Percocet, Hydrocodone and Ibuprofen. After my surgery wound had healed over I went back to using Biofreeze....the inflammation went down and so did my pain. I have stopped taking all pain meds now and I just use the Biofreeze twice a day. The smell wears off, it doesn't stain clothes and I think the price is good for what it does. I also have muscular pain in my shoulder and the gel really helps that too. The stuff is amazing!

Works great for muscle soreness.
I’ve been using Biofreeze several years on my arthritic knee and sore back. It works great, non greasy, and the scent evaporates. Buying the larger size is the most economical way to purchase.

Very happy with this product. Amazed at the quick relief it gives to the affected area! Missed getting a 32 oz packaging. Do hope one is available soon!

I have used Biofreeze for ages. It does exactly what it states - relieves back ache. It's very useful if you have a few days before a routine chiropractor's appointment and you are stiff when you get up from sleeping crooked etc; You don't have to rub it in hard; rinse your hands with cold water afterwards but for goodness sake don't touch your eyes for an hour or two after that! The 4oz tube is the same stuff but much more expensive. The 16oz is more economical if there is more than one of you in the house who uses it. (Some show quantities in ounces and some in milliliters so check like for like; it is an American product and, of course, they don't feel the need to use this metric nonsense!) Do research the price comparisons as cost varies and, as we all know, companies who charge less usually load the postage. A brilliant product.
