Use it or lose it maybe?
Well, I am getting older and feeling the need to stretch my body out and spine. There are a number of prices on Amazon but this was the lowest and somehow the hardest to find. It took a year or so of searching to get this $59 price. Also, in a Google search "SpineDok" there is a very nice information video that was such a nice inspiration and so nicely done. Bravo to that lady so limber and young. Well, I can't turn back the clock but I can limber up my spine and I so love my SpineDok. And do use that pillow or have it ready to use. It is kind of a shock to first get on it. I swear I always say the same thing almost out loud to myself. "What possessed you to..." but after about 30 seconds or so one relaxes into it. I actually use a very thin towel over it as it is just better for me in getting used to the device and use that pillow.
