This pills give he energy and I find I can focus more when I take them. They help to declurer my head.

There is a product called FosfoB12, that I haven't been able to find recently in my local drug store, they just have the liquid version which must be taken 3 times a day, their pills is just once a day. I expected this one to be the same, but is not, that's my only complain about it, that this has to be taken twice a day, and that means that 100 pills will last less than I expected. Not very sure if it's working the same as the other yet.

Este producto no specifica si la B12 que tiene sintetica (Cianocobalamina) o natural (Metilcobalamina). Esto es importante porque la Cianocobalamina contiene cianuro. De ahi el nombre de CIANOcobalamina. La forma ideal de la vitamina B12 es la Metilcobalamina, que aunque es más cara, el cuerpo la absorbe mejor porque es natural.
