Short, only covers about half my neck
I'm not sure if it's just me, I have been told I have a large head, but the part that should pull down over your head and cover the neck, is quite short. It only covers down to where the underside of my chin meets my neck, like where an Adams apple would be. So if I wear it with a Tshirt there is a gap between the two.Looking through it is decent for trying to look through fabric, though low light and lights shining towards you make visibility lessen.

Buy the white mask if you want to be a really creepy Slenderman...
...and don't mind being blind. In considering this product for Halloween, I read the complaints from people who got the white mask and couldn't see out of it. I also read a few reviews from people who claimed they could see out of it and didn't know what the other people were talking about. I also read reviews of the Morphsuit masks that complained about the morphsuit name or logo or whatever on the back of it, and I decided I didn't want that. Thus, I figured maybe this SecondSkin mask wouldn't be that bad, and people were just whining about not being able to see out of it.That is why I spent my first ten minutes at a Halloween dance wandering around blindly and aimlessly, or at times just standing and staring at god-knows-what. To the mask's credit, I heard later that this behavior made me a pretty creepy Slenderman. But I eventually had to leave the dancefloor so I could take off the mask. As people have said, the mask doesn't have much of a neck, but the dress shirt of my costume was high enough to cover where the mask ended so that wasn't an issue for me.To be fair, I wasn't completely blind. I could still make out shapes and silhouettes, even sometimes see faces with the accuracy of a 90-year-old without their bifocals, but when a light shined on me, it was like a laser pointer being shined at an airplane cockpit window: completely blinding. This was at night at a dark dance floor; I imagine it might actually be worse during the day.I did test it out before the dance and couldn't see that well then either, but I thought it might be better in the dark (I didn't think to consider the laser and strobe lights). While testing it out, I took a few pictures of myself to see how well the mask worked. It covered most of my features fairly well, although my hair is black so you could just barely make out my eyebrows and hair line through it. I've seen some people on here say they work white plastic masks under their spandex masks, so that might solve that problem. All in all, I don't know about its other colors, but I just can't recommend this mask to anyone unless they have no need for seeing and/or are already blind.

Better than Morphmask!!!
Before we begin, my head size is 22 1/2" inches circumfrence with a 14 1/2" neck. The fit is nice up top, snug, but not restricting. Neck is maybe an inch to two inches loose but that's probably to make it easier to put the mask on. Purchased this item recently after owning a morphmask that I bought back in 2012 for a Slenderman costume. The morphmask has a zipper second skin does not, which allows for morph to sew a tighter neck area on the morphmask. The morphmask however suffers two issues when camparing these two items. First off, is the obvious logo placed on the back of the neck of the morphmask which peeks out over top of the collar on my dress shirt which ruins the look of my costume. Second, is how tight the mask is, after putting the mask on, the side stiches that run along the length of the mask constrict tightly resulting in a bumpy finish and a silly looking head shape(had to throw a hat on top to hide the bumps). SecondSkin did a great job with this mask but would do well to improve it with a zipper system and tighter neck area. Going to attempt to sew a nylon stitch of somesort into the neck area to tighten up the look.

Not bad
The media could not be loaded. The color and shape is perfect. I tuck my long hair back so it fills in the neck space pretty well. You can't see my hair shape either so the material is pretty thick enough, but i don't feel terribly warm and I'm writing this in 109 degree weather lol. My eyelashes get squished into my eyes when i wear it however and so I tear up, may have to cut eyeholes. I can see through it just fine, a great upgrade from my homemade Plague doctor costume that used dark sunglasses and I wore that at NIGHT haha. You won't see fine details though, but if you're using this for a con like I am and you're just posing for photos and walking around the con, you'll be fine. Just move cautiously. It'll be slightly tougher for me because I'm wearing a mask over this but that's another story. The neck opening is rather loose and rolls up, shame.

Preferred over the Morphsuit.
Personally, I prefer this mask over the Morphsuit mask. There are some slight differences between the two products. This SecondSkin mask is less head shaped in 3 dimensions, it's a flat head shape that pulls over like nylon hose would. But for me, it fits better this way.The material is more or less the same, and with the same visibility in my opinion. The big thing this has over the Morphsuit mask is that this one doesn't have a distracting logo on the back of the head/neck. There is no logo at all.It covers the neck fine, but if you're only wearing a t-shirt, it may ride up and expose skin if that's a concern to you.I think that you can see well enough to do simple things while wearing this, but you need a good amount of light. You certainly shouldn't be driving. You may even have a hard time looking at your cell phone. But for being at a party and walking around and talking to friends, it's fine. The orange color is a bit lighter than the stock photo. For the price, this mask is very nice.
