Bought one. amazing quality. Keeps boiling hot water up to more than 12 -14hrs and keeps warm after that. Go for it worth for money. 👍🏻 easy to clean.

It is not keeping things warm even for 15 minutes, when I compared with some other same product I think in mine the lower rubber is missing; I cannot see where I can buy that or where I can claim warantty of this product.

600 Ml size is only appropriate for 1 or max 2 person. Please keep this in mind

Very nice product 24 hours heat resistant and leak proof. It's quality very strong and I looking more impressive you must buy. Don't think about buying, buy immediately.

Had been using Milton carafe for > 3years without hassle. Felt like getting a new and smaller one. Its good looking and serves standard 3 and 1/2 cups . overall pleased with my buy . Packing and delivery on the dot.

Keeps the water hot for much longer and is a pleasure to use. Would definitely recommend to others.

Update 23-Nov-23 After writing the last review the seller reached out and offered me a refund. I decided to buy the 2l version in hopes that it would live up to expectations. It did not. But it's definitely an improvement so I'm moving it from a 2 to a 3 star. The customer service is excellent — indeed one might say too good; having bought the carafe size I only later discovered that 24 hours was not promised for that product but for the 2l and so my review was in error in that sense (though it still fell short of the "many hours" promised to be fair). I tested the 2l heating it up and then emptying out that water and then filling it up to the brim with fresh boiling hot water and leaving it for 24 hours. The water at the 24 hour mark could best be described as tepid. That being said if you're using it for a few hours it does alright. And now I'm using it to save the kettle a bit so I'll just pour the still warm water back into the kettle and surely make some savings in energy that way though it'd probably take a few years to make back what I made by buying this item. Anyway I'm content with it. Not majorly impressed but content. --- Original Review I really wanted to love this thing. When I read the other reviews I knew that 24 hours would be ambitious but I hoped that maybe it would do 6. But while it can keep the water hot for maybe 4 hours when you leave it full, once you take a little water out (in my case to make a cup of tea) then the remaining water seems to lose the temperature quicker. I would return the item but unfortunately I'd lose €10 sending it back from Ireland (including Amazon's slight reimbursement for shipping) so I guess I'll stick with it. At least it looks nice and keeps the heat for a few hours. But I'm more than a little peeved about the whole thing. Surely there's some kind of disincentive against blatantly false advertising? It would be stretching the definition of warm. Anyway. Just thought I'd share this rant in case it helped anyone else to make their decision

Doesn’t hold its heat for long enough for my liking, and the lid locks , so you have to unscrew it , then pour. I wanted this for morning tea , but it’s not as efficient as others I have had . Great size for 2 (rather large) mugs .. but I am rather disappointed with it .

We use this at work for milk for customers’ hot drinks. It keeps the milk fresh for the day but it is a nightmare to clean the lid properly. The pump action system through the lid means milk gets trapped within it and even though I pour boiling water through it at the end of each day, there is always a dry residue left, which gets smelly. I think this would be fine with hot water but it’s not great for milk.

I have recently broken my leg and ankle and needed something that with crutches was still lightweight enough for me to be able to carry, this is perfect, it’s heat retention is quite extraordinary and the best I have ever used.
