I've tried some others but this helps me fall asleep in about 1/2 hour. I wake up refreshed and well rested. I used to be an Ambien user and my doctor told me, unlike most docs who are in bed with the pharma companies, that a little bit of natural sleep is better than induced sleep. I takes a while, especially if you have been used to heavier stuff, but now, I am an occasional Melatonin user. I also helps that I stopped drinking hard alcohol, which I believe, caused long term sleep issues.

I use these to help me sleep at night and have had a lot of success so far. I'm glad that I found a source for them now that the pharmacy I used to get them at is closed.

I ordered and took for a week and would have been better to flush my money down the toilet but that's a problem without the FDA. No one has a clue what they are buying.

I have bought several different brands of melatonin but this one is far superior. Works better than prescription sleeping pill. Amazon awesome with ordering and delivery ss always.

We have tried a lot of brands but these are the best so far. I take 2 and am falling asleep in 45 min.

This may be an Amazon problem in them picking only one bottle instead of the 3 pack that is listed on website description. I bought two different times and each time only got one bottle. I returned both.
