Sturdy and sleek!
Everytime I take this bad boy out on a work trip I get compliments at the airport, from coworkers, and I happen to think it's pretty spiffy too! Fits tons on the inside and has more than enough separating pockets/pouches. My laptop is protected by a cushiony thing. The strap, handles, and the whole bag actually is really sturdy. No issues. Love it!

Stylish, durable and holds a lot
I had purchased a different type of tote that was much more expensive. It could not hold much of anything. This tote holds everything including a lunch. Yes, a woman that now can manage only one tote and one purse. Not 3 bags and lots of comments on it too.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVERYTHING
When I originally purchased this bag, the strap broke within a few days and I left a 2 star review. After this happened, the product seller reached out to me DIRECTLY, sent a new strap, AND a gift.
