Delivery was fast, it took only 2 days to arrive after placing the order. Big Thumbs Up! I received both fans in a box protected with foam on the bottom and top layer and the fans themselves are placed separately in an anti-static bag. However, the description of the product says that it includes free thermal grease which isn't true from my experience although it came with non-conductive tape and a small screwdriver to do the replacement by yourself. All in all, the contents of the box and the packing is all good and doesn't have any issue like dents and broken fan blades. Both fans spin freely and looks identical to the one that came with the Acer Nitro 5. Regarding the performance, as of the moment, both fans are working well and have been quiet compared to the stock one that came with the unit. I hope it lasts long and stays quiet while gaming. Low rpm (1800 to 2000) doesn't have the rattle sound anymore while high rpm (5000 to 6000) only gives a bassy hum which is much better compared to the old ones that are so obnoxiously loud. I will update this review regarding the performance of the fan and how well it last until it starts to break down again.

Perfect replacement for Acer Nitro 7 laptop fans. Quiet fans. There are two fans in the package, and apparently also included some small packets of thermal pastes. However i didn't use them so I cannot comment on those. Just make sure you check the orientation of the fans before replacing. Also note that you will need to detach a portion of the tape on the old fans in order to remove and replace them with the new ones. Didn't replace the tapes but apparently didn't affect the performance.

Easy install and now my husband's computer doesn't sound like a very disturbing space-ship.

The product arrived quickly (I ordered it on a Saturday night and it arrived at my home, Sunday afternoon). Both fans installed easily and without issue. They are quiet and work well.

Fits like OEM, haven’t had any issues and my computer works fine. Perfect replacements.

Would have given 5 stars except the first set of fans came out of the package looking worn and just spinning them with a finger made noise and rubbed against the housing. Clearly a QA mistake or something. Took a chance and reordered from same place and the new ones were perfect, looked new, and purr nicely. Ultimately happy with the purchase but had to be without a laptop for an additional several days.
