Q: Why does the listing say the pan requires one 12V battery?

If you're asking about the jelly roll pan, it does not require a battery. I suggest you buy a better brand (like Fat Daddio) because this one is very thin. i bought this one and i'm sure it's going to warp any minute. Home Goods has ton of Fat Daadddio pans this week an great prices.
