These insoles for perfectly for my 24,5 cm feet (7.5 womens US), and I don’t even need to adjust them, as I guess it’s a maximum in this this size. I input it in my running shoes if I go for a walk and my feet feel much support and comfort. I highly recommend for people who need arch support!

They made my feet hurt the hard bottom
