Its a great bottle as a product but the seller sent me a bottle with dent which is not fair. Its just like taking advantage of the e-commerce shopping and sending the products which can be sold overcounter. Disappointed

Ok so this is going to sound like a winger but this is what happened…the travel mug is fantastic. The exact same as I have had for years. When it was delivered it had a dint in the side of the mug ( Box also damaged) . I put in a request for a return and refund, this was granted immediately. When I got to the good old Australia Post in my area I was served but an old dear that should have retired years ago apart from attitude and absolutely no help whatsoever it was very clear that she was going to make the process difficult. I decided to keep the damaged mug and cancel the refund request as it was going to be a lot easier. I am disappointed in the fact that the mug was damaged and to be honest I expect better from Amazon but again this could have happened in delivery to me . Absolutely love the mug great for me just a shame it’s dinted but I get over it.
