Love it
Easy to transport, easy to set up and gives a great amount of shade! Great quality. The picture shows how much shade it provided in the hot summer!

Easy to use sun tent!
Easy to set up, scoop sand in each of 4 pods. Works best if install 2 front rods- none in back so it is more wind resistant. Used in outer banks nc and worked well! Easy to pack/ transport- loved thst i could set it up by myself!

Great, lightweight beach shade.
Depending on size, it requires two people to get right. Something to note, if it's raining and you are taking it down, wipe the rods down, to avoid getting sand in them. The ends that connect the rod to the material, the ball will punch through, I would say modify it with a set screw or dowel to keep in place. It definitely beats lugging around a pop up..

Game changer for sun sensitive wife!
I bought this for a trip we were taking to the Gulf Coast. My wife isn't a sun worshiper like me, and has to be careful about sun exposure. The setup was as simple as the video demos made it look - took about 10 minutes to set up or take down. The "sandbags" built into the cover are genius - they really anchor it, even in pretty brisk wind. Also, everything also actually fits back in the bag when you're done! Speaking of which, there were a couple of days with sustained Gulf winds of 10+ mph with gusts that I'm sure hit 20 mph. We were concerned how it would hold up, but it did great - stretched & flapped a little due to the stretchy material, but that seems to be a feature to keep it from blowing away. After the first couple of days my wife declared it a "game changer" as she was able to stay out on the beach in comfortable shade no matter how long I wanted to stay out. (nb, don't forget to bring a bucket to scoop the sand with for the anchors - we used one from a Dollar Store kid's beach toy set) Bottom line: great product that performs as hoped for a good price.

No UPF protection.
We’ve had this for 4 years now (purchased in 2021). Here is my honest review. It does not provide quite enough shade and not UPF 50. The first week we used it in 2021 I noticed my baby did have some of a tan and almost a sunburn, so it does not give enough sun protection. We went to the beach today and my husband has a sunburn on his face and head. He did wear sunscreen and a hat, but took the hat off under the tent, so I know it did not protect us well enough. It’s not very strong when it’s windy. Pros: It is very easy to set up and take down and compact. I wish it came with some kind of a hammer for the stakes and a shovel for the sand.

Great beach find!
So glad I bought this! We used this on our beach trip a few weeks ago and it worked great. It took a little getting used to from a setup standpoint but by the end of the week we were experts. Sooooo easy to carry and easy to put up. My relatives who have a huge frame canopy tent were jealous of how simple it is and how sturdy. The key really is finding the direction of the wind, angling the poles a bit to balance again at the wind and filling the pockets with sand to overflowing and stretching further than you think you need to. With all that in place it worked perfectly and stood up to the wind even when canopy style framed tents were blowing over next to us! We also tended to go down to two poles and created a little wind sock type approach when it was very windy. That still worked great for 4 of us to find shade. The only minor disappointment is that it truly is t waterproof. It rained once and the rain came straight through. We are fine with that though as we typically head in with rain. We saw several of these on the beach while we were there. Get it. Used right you won’t be disappointed!!!

Easy to set up once you learn how to balance poles.
I set this beach tent up on a windy day all by myself. It came with 4 poles so I first tried to set it up with a pole on each corner. The wind kept blowing it down. So I tried 2 poles in two corners and bingo! the tent stayed upright the rest of the day. Next day, it took me less than 10 minutes to fill the corners with sand and set up the tent. Remember to bring a small shovel. Stayed shaded all day on the beach. Very light weight and comes with an easy to carry bag/. Had difficulty putting the poles back together the next day due to sand. I washed them out with water and that helped some. Will bring WD 40 next time. Rinsed the tent out and washed in on gentle in the washing machine. Dried outside. LOVE this!!!

Good product, great customer service
I bought the 10x10, four pole tent for a beach trip. The tent was extremely light to carry to the beach, simple to set up and easy to take down. One person can put it up and down - we did and it was not an issue. NOTE - you should buy a scoop to make it easier. It does not come with one. The scoop I got was 82 oz. on Amazon. Yes, you will need multiple scoops of sand in each pocket and the extra $5 you spend will absolutely be worth it. One of the poles was damaged, but we made it work with three poles. I sent an email that week to the vendor asking for a replacement pole. The next day was incredibly windy and a different pole bent. We still used the tent with two poles. Since it was so windy, the tent actually worked better that way and we didn't have any other issues. If it's as windy as the video I added, only use two poles. The 10x10 comfortably fit five to six adult chairs in total shade. If you were ok with tighter quarters you could fit more and especially if they were kids. If you want to lay out I would say three to four. The vendor got back to me quickly and ended up sending a whole new set. This was a nice surprise since I had only asked for two replacement poles. Even with the pole issues this was a much better alternative than the traditional heavy metal expanding tent. We had multiple people ask us what it was and where we got it. One improvement would be spikes for use in grass as well. Not sure how well these poles would do on ground vs sand.

I wish it was better, as this was going to be our fishing shade shelter. Couldn't use it for a minute.
