If you are a green egg owner you know the firebox is prone to breakage. Well, mine is in about 6 pieces and we've pieced it together a number of times. It is impossible to find one in my area and online for that matter, plus ridiculously expensive. I bought this to sit inside the firebox and hold the coals. It fits perfectly!This basket is well made, sturdy, and appears to be decent quality. Better than I expected. It fits perfectly in my small green egg.

I bought the small for my Kamado Joe JR and it fits well enough. It wasn't advertised as such but since someone else reviewed it saying it worked for them I decided to go for it. I'm not sure if a Medium would fit better or not, happy with what I got for the price!

Try this item for my charcoal griller basket so the charcoal is not scattered and in one place so can put the wood chunk also

The size 'small' ash basket fits perfectly in our Vision Cadet Kamado grill. Very sturdy and holds up well to the high temperatures generated by the grill. It makes separating the ash from the remaining useable charcoal pieces easy. Very glad we got this accessory.

could have made it with smaller opening's but it does the job somewhat for larger pieces of charcoal.

If buying this for Kamado Joe Jr, get the one with no handles as the basket is a tad too tall with the them. The heat deflector rests on the handle instead of the rack. Otherwise no complaints.
