Works well. Lots of space for my cat, but shes only 3kg (small cat). Right out of the packaging it had a really bad smell. We had to clean it down and air it for weeks before we could put our cat in it. I will be upgrading it at some point though, Id prefer one with a bit more space and style.

I have a very small dog and cannot let him roam free in the yard. We have owls and hawks in our area and they would see him as a tasty morsel! I opened up the backpack and put it on the ground so he could examine it. Put toys in it and when he went inside I gave him a treat. Over the next two days I would find him sleeping in it. I then closed up the back part and he still went in and curled up. Today I tried it as a backpack with him in it. He just played down and was very comfortable being in it in think he likes being able to see everything. He is just a puppy and has a chewing interest in the zippers. If he successfully ruins this one, I will invest in another.

My cat seems much calmer in the globe carrier.

It's nice and spacious, and my cat loves to play inside of it! Fairly sturdy feeling too but have only used it a handful of times so only time will tell. Overall a solid buy
