Honest Kitchen Force, Grain-Free Dehydrated Raw Dog Food w/ Chicken, 10lb (Pack of 2)

Okay, so I have a very stubborn miniature Dachshund who will spit out food he doesn't like. He'd rather starve himself than eat kibble he isn't a fan of. We had tried different types, brands, expensive and less so, different meats - you name it. The first time he has been excited was when we tried a small bag of a different brand of freeze-dried food, but they came in pucks which smelled dreadful and were difficult to break apart (not to mention very expensive for what we got), that one kind of upset his stomach as well.I found Honest Kitchen Kibble first, which we started using and he *actually* likes, but when I bought this - it's an absolute game changer. I don't need to worry about watching if he eats the proper amount - he finishes the WHOLE bowl, every time (this NEVER happened before). We split the feeding amount in half, giving one in the morning, other at night. It smells really good, better than any dog food I've ever fed him before. Like, human food nice. It's a pleasure to make for my dog, especially in comparison to other freeze-dried food I've tried. I love that he get's all of the nutrience he needs, and it's relatively affordable considering.Will update a few months from now to see if he doesn't get too bored of it. :)

Our Maggie must be the most picky eater on earth, but she just loves Honest Kitchen, especially the dehydrated power. We add some celery or carrots for the crunch and she gobbles it down! It smells really good, like a yummy stew! We add quite a bit of hot water and mix it several times to get the right consistency, but it’s worth it.

I love the idea of dehydrated food. It is more wholesome than baked kibble without the mess and smell of canned food. Best of all - my four dogs all love it! It is usually advised to transition dogs to new food gradually but this box arrived just as my other food ran out. It was no trouble at all, the dogs transitioned perfectly without any gastro upset. My dogs are different ages, breeds, and sizes and they all gobble this food right up. I would highly recommend this food!

Mi perro lleva un tiempo comiendo este alimento y le ha caído muy bien además de gustarle. Antes comió royal, instinct de todos los sabores y hasta crudo y siempre fue mañoso y demasiado delgado. Con este alimento ha ganado peso, defeca mucho mejor y ahora está dentro del rango de peso de su raza. Lo único es que creo que me parece algo caro pero vale la pena.

My dog looked at the food, sniffed it, licked it and then turned around. tried again and again but he just hates it and would rather not eat than to have to eat this food. I tried to contact the seller through Amazon to get a refund but they never bothered to respond. Amazon you are not doing your customers any favors by carrying questionable products that are not backed up by the manufacturers. Extremely disappointed!
